Medical Update: Today marked a major milestone. After my hospitalization, I became more intentional with my routine, nutrition, training, and how I manage each day. It’s paid off. I’ve made a full metabolic recovery in 60 days. Still more to do, but intentional effort works. #healthsky #fitnesssky
