I prefer Claude Code DX but Codex succinctness. They do change quite a bit from time to time after an initial spurt of genius so I get to go back and forth. Two weeks ago Opus was behaving oddly and not completing its plans. I got back to Codex to finish up the plan Claude had written.

Switch back and forth between Claude Code and Codex. You get to try a different tool and then appreciate the other and the strengths/weaknesses of both.
