In addition to closing the Kennedy Center for two years, maybe Trump should just close the entire country for two years. That would minimize the damage he is wreaking on it.

The White House press contingent needs to stage a walkout until the charges against Lemon and the other reporters are dropped. All Leavitt does is lie to them anyway.

As disturbing as the Don Lemon arrest is, I think this is another example of overreach that will end up completely backfiring on the administration.

I hope funding to ICE is cut back or completely nullified. However, a huge win would be to ban masks for all federal law enforcement agencies including ICE. That would cause resignations of many cowardly ICE agents and make the rest less lawless.

I understand that Congressional Democrats feel they got burned when unfairly branded with the "Defund the Police" label. But ICE is completely different. Real police are well trained and don't wear masks. ICE agents are just out of control thugs killing people with no accountability. Defund ICE.

Overseas media (The Guardian just one example) are reporting the brutality of ICE far more than American media who appear to already have normalized ICE outrages. This is deeply troubling.

I am starting to see a lot of AI generated videos in my feeds showing ICE agents doing awful things. These are not helpful so don't share anything unless you are sure it is not AI. There are enough real videos of ICE doing awful things. We don't need fake ones to muddy the waters.

If we can't abolish ICE, how about completely disarming them. No guns or tear gas. And no masks.

I am frustrated at the "two sides" reporting in a lot of the media on yesterday's shooting by ICE. The video clearly shows that Noem and Trump are totally fabricating what actual happened. This is not a "two sides" issue. This is just lazy and careless reporting.

Just the other day the Hilton hotel chain wanted everyone to know they welcomed ICE agents. Not great marketing to expect people to mingle with murderers.

The Republican idea of "Health Savings Accounts" is incredibly stupid. The idea that instead of having medical insurance people can just save up to pay for their heart attack (or other major medical crisis) is ridiculous. Would just lead to medical bankruptcy for millions of people.
