I felt pretty much the same. I thought a lot of Buckley’s performance was excellent, but too many scenes relied on improv, & didn’t clarify emotional or plot beats. I thought the end almost worked (loved it in the book). I couldn’t believe they’d use “Daylight” after it has been used so many times!
