I can see that. I have 5 years of data banked so I have a comparison should I come down with something like LC or pneumonia.

I pretty much only pay attention now when something is suddenly exceedingly high or low relative to the norm.

I have seen test comparisons to actual VO2 and Garmin is pretty close. It is like when my Whoop talks about my daily "stress" and I think we'll, that is just my job - walking and talking which elevates heart rate. Not necessarily capital F fitness.
