but they are 29th in forced TO rate. That signals to me (and matches up with the eye test) that they foul because they're out of position and getting beat too often.

Sacramento doesn't turn the ball over. Same for Indy, which also gets ORBs. Pels gets OREBs and force TOs. BKN gets to the line. LAC shoot well and don't foul. Utah crashes the glass and gets to the foul line.
