Anyone else hearing these booms and bangs in Downtown Denver? Sounds like explosions coming from the Capitol Area. Seen videos of the noises on Nextdoor, but nothing about what happened.

Personally, it’s not the “newsmedia” that I’ve cut myself out of, but national politics.
We’re in a fight or flight in our home communities. Hearing about the latest sex scandal from the clown cabinet isn’t helping us protect undocumented students, queer families, and young live sin red states.

Since the election, some disappointed in the results are tuning out the news media as a way to take care of themselves.

Some people disappointed in Donald Trump’s win are quitting the news entirely.
