I'm stuck in the private rental market in a small country town on a DSP. Too scared to move to a bigger town due to higher rents, but feel lucky in some respects because I know others are struggling with lack of affordable housing and terribly low Centrelink payments.

Being on a low income and having a complex history of trauma, the thought of being forced into boarding or shared housing more broadly simply terrifies me.
