I had never seen Titicut Follies until today. (I am trying to watch all of Frederick Wiseman's films this year.)

Two thoughts:

1) Thank G-d for psychiatric meds.
2)Holy ethical problems! I'm glad the doc community has done work on thinking about participant care in the years since.
