Since i knew that, i try to cook with less salt on the recipes i learnt. I dont want problems with my blood pressure; thats a very common problem here :1

(( not a sarcastic answer )) mexican food usually is prepared with a lot of salt, and street food in many cases dont replace the used oil (( to save money ))... its cheaper but is not healthy at all. Always have to be careful where we're eating outside
