I think it was KOC The WB Whisperer run amok? Seemed like whenever I heard a pro-JJM take it centered around where he was, not really who he was. Darnold balling out in SEA I think just shows it was really only ever a NYJ issue for Sam, and thats like gravity in that it affects everyone the same

I lean towards Gibbs in either situation. Gibbs only a year older than Hampton, so not a major buy back in years. Mid 1st this year has some intrigue for Carnell Tate or Makai Lemon, but the QB prospects there seem very Kenny Pickett like and I want no part

Cannot recommend the top two enough. Criminal they only got one and two seasons, respectively

Missed the entire point - its that the other party will do any/everything to achieve their ends & Dem leaders whine/moan about decorum while refusing to pull levers to stop legislation that will kill/ghost people. You said ‘do WHAT’ - the answer is any/everything; your response is part of the issue

Cuck opinion. High T sports taeks are 1) staged fighting in hockey shows how much passion it has and why it’s better than basketball, 2) MMA is the only alpha sport, and everything else should be as close to it as possible otherwise it’s woke and socialist. Baseball should just be performative anger

Bad against zone, fair amount of TOs & not a particularly strong arm tough trio. Feels like putting a lot of eggs in the ‘Daboll QB Maestro’ basket. Wouldnt choose to go QB20+ if Im getting even a short term shot at Top 8 option in his stead. That said, I understand shying away from Fields in NYJ

Absolutely. Though Im not sure Dart is any more protected past Year 1 than Fields is (Dart tied to Daboll) and at least Fields will be playing. Id rather get one year of Top 8 positional output versus 3-4 years of QB 20+. The former wins weeks and contributes to titles; the latter is a fantasy QB3

Curious - with where you have Penix, is he someone youd see having competition before his rookie deal is done if Falcons don’t meet expectations this season and a new regime comes in? Or is his ranking just a product of more ceiling for those above, and not necessarily a referendum on his talent?

If KOC can make Howell viable after all the bad tape hes put out plus the lack of execution and propensity to do the two things coaches hate their QBs to do most of all (TOs and Take Sacks) at truly eye popping rates, then he’s truly the greatest offensive coach of all time
