Hmm. Presentation needs work, it's a bit brown, and the sauce could be thicker. But lambs kidneys with gnocchi in a cider and mustard sauce.

Reading this (it's very good), Mozart's coronation mass playing in the background, having a small glass of Port with the dog asleep on a pillow next to me. The me of my 20's would have been appalled that this is my Saturday. The me of my 50's is quite content, thank you very much.
