It's prime real estate, the land around it is a lawn, the city is surrounded by some of the most productive farm land in Canada. We need housing for our young people and food sovereignty more than we need a beautiful old pub in the centre of housing.

Apparently this happened in 2011! Cornus sericea has been renamed swida as well! I can't keep up!
