I nearly exclusively use it in research (more detailed) & academic (peer reviewed sources). I don't repeat it until I checked it out personally. For fact finding. I ❤️ Labs mode.

I get annoyed if a movie or show sucks. I like using it to find stuff to watch with good reviews, from people I like and trust.

Understanding some complex law or poly science shit.

You don't take it at face value. You MUST check it's sources. I use it as a starting point. To clarify. Etc.

For instance, I could never hit all my problems medically in 1 visit. It can put my current issues and symptoms into basically a H&P order in seconds. Separate stuff, better for this or that doc. Sorting out complex issues, that aren't just 1 thing. Saying, you should see ENT, Derm & PCP for that.

I think it has its place. For complex medical stuff (double checking weird things that happen to me I swear are a med mix, but PharmD says it's not, research stuff (to find information faster), double checking hard math, summarizing videos I don't have the patience to watch/help me decide 2 watch..
