Smoked a turkey and a ribeye last night.
Made white wine stuffing(leeks, mushrooms, carrots, bread, so much butter, garlic) and cognac gravy (some of the stuffing veg heated in butter and immer blended with pan drippings from steak and turkey). Turkey was covered in a honey butter and jerk spice
