Saw the GP today. Managed to nab an appointment.
Prescribed anti-depressants, seeing the GP again in around a month.
Sorta expected it given I've been very low mood last couple month, specially at work.
On the other hand, different GP appt booked for autism diagnosis referral.

Made me realise my mental health is in the toilet, probably on steady decline for the last couple months at least. Large part of that has just been dealing with my physical health challenges the past 6 months or so.

I think deciding to step back from streaming was a good choice.
The health issues this year have been a weifhing on me more than I realised, cus some of those frustrations wound up coming out at work and I reckon it's been affecting my work performance a bit too.
