What a terrible advert for the PL and youngsters watching. Both managers should have been carded. Terrible play acting. Makes it really hard for grassroots referees games like this.

Yes, really enjoyed that book. Great stories from Sweden, NY, London & Bristol. Seemed to be where everything was happening. But not a straightforward happy story at all

Youtube, the ads are getting longer and more frequent, really annoying when you are showing a serious economics video in class, and your serious point is ruined by the bloody ad for something the kids will then discuss!

Yes, in different ways. Rowlands book was quite sad and disturbing in places, whilst John Harris book is more emotional, but both great reads. Neneh Cherry would have got in, but published in 2024. I think that is one of the great music biographies

Did ‘Jumpers’ at school, and went on a school trip to see Felicity Kendal starring, which was a highlight of my teenage years!
