Had this was a few days but only just got round to brewing with it. Strong buttery caramel notes, possibly the smoothest coffee I’ve had. Never had a bad coffee from this roaster.

Mrs burnz didn’t want any food so I’ve made myself a falafel (needed using today) toastie & side salad with a lime, honey whole grain mustard dressing

Went out with Mrs burnz into town. Got myself a salt beef bagel from a local bakery. Was very tasty, the mustard slaw had a great crunch and zing to it. The bagel was nice & crispy on the top with a nice chew int he middle. Hard to photograph well though.
