reached out to support, they said they couldn't offer a replacement since they don't have anyway of knowing what notebooks have the bad batch of TRP. sad, but understandable. they offered me a discount instead. I guess i'll just use ballpoint pen 😔

Yeah unfortunately, the issue is with the paper. The ink goes straight through instead of sitting on top.
