Ah, interesting! Thanks, I will look it up. I do feel a little fuzzy in the head but otherwise ok and it stopped rippling but it was very weird. I haven't had that before.

Definitely too much shadow. Though also, weirdly last month I went to a goth club and people kept asking me if I was wearing lenses because they glowed. Nobody else had gliwing eyes. I went and had an eye check and nothing weird apparently. Just evil I guess. 🤷♀️ But we already knew that.
