Along with the lethargy,fever and signs of inflammation. Good(ish) news tho is that if it is pancreatitis he’s feeling icky which sucks but he’s mostly fine and it’s just managing symptoms until the inflammation goes down(fluids, appetite stimulants, anti nausea, watching for diarrhea/constipation)

Aw I hope everything gets figured out quick and easy! 🥺Don’t get discouraged if things happen slowly though! It two weeks 3 different vets and lots of trial and error before someone figured out what was wrong but we got there! Refusing food/water is a suuper common pancreatitis symptom though

I’m the opposite I actually forget people fr picture things when reading until posts like this come around 😩

I hope he feels better soon! Just went through something super similar with my cat whos also 15—he was fine and then suddenly WASNT nothing was showing up in tummy Xrays or regular blood work. We found out it was pancreatitis(inflammation in pancreas) through ultrasound! Maybe worth looking into!
