Day 6 of getting my ass back into my healthy habits!
25 mins of hooping completed wohoo! A big BIG victory though is that although this week has been testing to say the least, I've managed to avoid binging and been able to regulate the urges and combat the drive.
I'm incredibly proud of myself 💪
