2. Keep a notebook with your accounts and passwords written down vs having a document
3. Avoid over sharing information of yourself openly (Twitter,BlueSky,Twitch) as this can be used to finding out about your passwords

1. Always question the validity of a message by reviewing the account details, when it was created, what type of posts they made, how they found you
2. Never give any type of personal info as any could be used to break into your personal accounts
