Wiggling my body with everything I have and not being able to go anywhere. Being able to crawl through a vent reasonably fine until I reach a bend and I'm unable to maneuver my body around the corner because it's too long.

But thinking about it more deeply, I feel like the discomfort I get from those concepts is less derived from a space being tight—or even from a general feeling of being trapped—and more from having a lack of flexibility in a hard, unyielding environment pressing at me on all sides. (2/3)

Honestly, for your purposes I feel like the CW is enough; tells people who want to avoid something whether it's safe to lift the spoiler or not, and plain text still shows up in search. Maybe you could add a vore tag for visibility's sake? But I don't think you need to shake things up severely
