i also had the usb mixer i was using to power my modmic (which for some godforsaken reason wants +15V phantom power through a 3.5mm jack, supposedly some motherboard audio standard) fry one of my back panel usb ports, so my audio is also out of action i suppose. gah.

have to find the time to build it up again from scratch, but thats most of the reason why i havent been streaming despite being rather enthusiastic about it lately...

i still dont know what purpose these crash handler notification things serve except to pop up randomly once in a while to notify you of every process that might have crashed on your computer in the last month. so strange
