The sleeves on my Changeling deck are the same ones I bought around 2013. They have always been in use on a Commander deck, and after 12ish years of regular use I've had like 10 sleeves split?
With the extra purples I found they'll hopefully last another decade :)

I've got 9 cards I want to test in Changelings and I have no clue what I can cut for them.
It might be time where I divide the deck into a "core" (lands + changelings) pile that never changes, and an "everything else" pile that a random selection gets shuffled in to form the 99 before each game

I recently made a video talking about Red's weaknesses in Commander and (non-Storm) mana advantage was a big one

Yeah idk. Looking at Avatar Jumpstart there's a handful of cards that reward you for casting on opposing turns, but it's so minor, why not reinforce Blue's main theme?
I can only guess. Maybe waterbending changed late in development and this somehow wasn't updated?

The card templates here are so lovely and they let the art shine, I wonder if there's legal reasons why they couldn't do the same with the screenshots?

I prioritize card designs and mechanics that resonate with me over flavor and Avatar is been a real treat for that so far.
BUT as someone who just rewatched the show, the fact that this card has really interesting mechanics AND perfectly captures "the exiled prince returned" is just perfect.
