I have no idea of the recipe I used it was long ago. It was not sweet. It definitely was not trying to be “pecan pie without corn syrup” because at least my attempt tasted nothing like it

150 years ago was before corn syrup so pecan pie tasted entirely different and I think had more in common with quiche but don’t quote me on that I may have just botched the recipe lol (it was gross)
