I was thinking the exact same thing. He doesn't really understand things, but the guy most of the US likes was just there and he wants to make things more affordable, so let's totally misunderstand things and do something that seems similar.

I saw someone point out that if this stays for the year, the midterms are a bloodbath against the GOP. Because sometimes, white people get it for a short time.
But maybe don't mention it, because they might be scared off if too many people talk about it.

And I don't always sleep well without 40 electrodes attached to my head trying to see what's going on. How do they get a baseline to compare everything else against?
