Just replaced the router on my CNC and the new one is significantly quieter than the one I replaced ever was. (Same model). I think i was using a defective router for 4 years without even realizing...

After 5 years, the router on our CNC finally gave out. Should be upgrading to a new machine with a spindle soon, but for the time being we have a replacement on order.
