I think the fear in doing that would be a team (say, Everton) getting swiftly punished for pushing/breaking rules while another team (City) piles up charges and everyone solemnly acknowledges maybe they’ll do something someday about this, and nothing happens.

Actively trying not to think less of him for it to be honest. Maybe I’ll cool down but it feels like a pretty dirty, shit move from him *and also* our own FO stepping on a field of rakes.
