Yeah both listening to the audio and reading the book has helped my mind from wandering off (maybe cause I’m focusing on both at the same time?). I still lose focus every once in a while though so I get it 😂

I think ima just stay this way tbh lol. No but you’re right, the more we work on our flaws, the more we’ll grow and improve. We got this 💪🏼

lol I like how you said that and then was like “same.” It might not be the healthiest, but diving into my hobbies has definitely been a good way to distract myself (and keep myself sane)
