Had another gap in updates to make sure my players were the first to see the map of the city they were coming to.

This set of buildings is procedurally generated and populated with occupants based on the wonderful "Medieval Demographics Made Easy" (with a few tweaks for fantasy).

Sick and busy with work last week, but here we are again! I got some issues worked out to bump up the overall land coverage, and here's the latest version with the climate zones!

Next is adding rivers/basins!

Went back to the drawing board a little bit because land was only 17% of the world. Earth is ~30% land, and we aren't at the point yet of calculating change in albedo and cloud cover.

Got temperature sorted out, but even more exciting is that my climate zone piece is finally working.

Each time I've gotten to this point, the process has broken down I have to start all over.

Next up is watersheds!

I made it #WIP Wednesday! There's still some tweaking to do, but my procedural world builder has working precipitation!

This is where my last 4 iterations have fallen short, so I'm very excited to see this working 😁
