This story isn't to say that number of bills passed can be equated to success. Indeed, many folks may see more government intervention as a sign of concern rather than progress. But it does show just how historically unproductive the past 10 months have been. #ncpol

And to be clear, Republicans did pass important bipartisan bills on Hurricane Helene relief and got major policy wins on redistricting and immigration. Even so, they left things on the table both chambers universally supported (i.e. Medicaid funding). #ncpol
