It is at that point where you see the quality of the new manager. Hell, Barry Switzer was successful at the Cowboys immediately after taking over for Jimmy Johnson. And then he wasn't, because he was way over his head in the NFL.

Sorry to hear that. Fresh out of college, I got a job that I hated. Worked it for a few years before agreeing with the company to part ways amicably (not fired per se). Decided to go to grad school to get my PhD and been teaching college for over 25 years now.
