Our citizens should have the time and money to enjoy Florida. Conversations I’ve been having with the community are reaffirming my commitment to lowering the cost of living. I'm Bryan Beckman, and I am running to be your State Representative because it's time to make Florida affordable. 💙 🇺🇸

Healthcare in Florida is a concern for countless families, as the costs associated with it are alarmingly high and impact everyone. We see the struggle with soaring premiums, the cost of prescription drugs, and the difficult choice many face to delay or skip necessary medical and dental care due to expense. This is an issue of both physical and financial well-being. I am dedicated to expanding access to quality healthcare services and working to lower out-of-pocket costs for all Floridians, ensuring that health and wellness are affordable and accessible, not a financial burden. The environment is the foundation of our community, offering the natural beauty of our coastline and state parks. However, we face growing challenges, especially with the increasing threat of development. We see the effects of these environmental changes and the stress they place on residents. That's why I am committed to protecting our natural resources and strengthening our resilience. I will continue investing in coastal protection, improve drainage infrastructure to mitigate flooding, and enhance our emergency systems to ensure that our community and environment can thrive. Across our community, the strain of high costs is undeniable. It affects everyone. It's the steep price of housing, soaring property taxes, the relentless rise in insurance premiums, unpredictable utility bills, or the increasing expense of putting food on the table. These pressures are felt by families, seniors, and businesses alike. We hear you, and we know these costs are simply too high. That's why I am making it my top priority to actively seek and implement solutions to lower these critical expenses and bring tangible relief back to your household budget.

Many of us live in Florida because of the natural beauty. Our beaches are threatened by plans to open the eastern part of the Gulf to offshore drilling. As your representative, I will stand up for our green spaces!

I'm excited to announce that we received the petitions needed, and I will be on the ballot in 2026! Thank you so much for your support. I look forward to continuing conversations on affordability and reducing the cost of living in Pinellas County.

Powerful talk with School Board member Eileen Long. She's rightly frustrated: "Schools of Hope" diverts OUR tax dollars to corporations who use public facilities FREE, with zero transparency/local input. Legislators failed to listen. I'll always stand with Pinellas schools, teachers, and parents.
