Tullamore is solid. I can’t drink Jameson straight anymore, it’s just a bit too harsh for me now. Middleton, their mid tier whiskey is really good thought.

I feel like most people use rum or bourbon. I prefer decent Irish whiskey. I don’t think it needs any added sweetness.

The brewery we used to go to for their big Krampusnacht event went out of business, so we have to find a new spot this year.
