Watching MSNBC tonight, and they are talking about the elections tomorrow (w/music), and something hit me. The worst part about them separating from the NBC network in 12 days and becoming MS NOW, they will likely lose that iconic election music that both networks have shared for the past 21 years.

Obama was right again. 14 and 1/2 years ago, he showed how if Trump were President, he would make the White House Gaudy! First it was all the tacky gold bling in the Oval, and now this shit!

No, the Fairness Doctrine was repealed in 1987, Limbaugh went into syndication the following year in 1988.

Yes, he was syndicated in 1988, but after the TA of 1996, Clear Channel bought more stations to put his show on. Many of those were powerful legacy AM stations at the time. That falls right in line with his rise in station/listener count in the late 1990's.
