Well, I think of gay marriage as a source of learning on this. Key was to break down the tribalism, and method was for gays to come out. Turns out we were talking about the neighbor next door!

I kinda feel overly hemmed in if I limit the opinions I express based on what other people think still other people might do with them. Also a stretch to think what is said on social media "actively inspires" Donald Trump. And contributes to the woke-ism and tribalism (on both sides) we decry, no?

agency needs an innovation team, procurement processes need reforming, and maybe it can all be solved by PPPs.

And I'd just say, As traditionally with taxis, there needs to be some balance between premium and mass transit services, and as with taxis, it's not easy to figure out (or achieve) exactly what that is.
