The Drive thru is the worst because Starbucks expects stores to average 40 seconds per customer. After the order is placed to the time they leave the window. Doesn't matter how many drinks are made and how complicated. Starbucks punishes stores that don't hit that time.

That was what it was like for me when I worked at the casino. The PTO rates were terrible and the policy was just as worse. At the time, seniority gets dibs and priority over everything. Even after you submitted, if someone that's been there longer submits last second, they get it.

As a former manager at Starbucks, TikTok destroyed that job. Those trendy drinks were stupid and took forever. Plus they expected us to know every single drink ever from that when they said the name.
