A good day’s work calls for a good meal. My take on an omurice.
For late lunch, Brox’s American version of a Japanese omurice. Butter and sea salt jasmine rice, with olive oil and soy sauce mixed in, topped with microwaved eggs in an omelette maker and drizzled with Heinz ketchup. Normally also includes avocado in the rice, but the fridge didn’t have any.
