The House announced just days before a major holiday that they will vote next week on a bill that hasn’t been filed — to redraw maps that haven’t been released. This is bad governance in the extreme. Hoosiers deserve fair maps. And they deserve transparency.

Statewide, 1 in 7 Hoosiers (approximately 14.3%) struggle with hunger, and among children, that number rises to 1 in 5, according to Feeding America. 🍽️ Government programs that many depend on to survive are at risk under current government leadership in Indiana and the US.

INDIANA….PAY ATTENTION….over 65 with lower income. reduce your RE tax even more! Take your 2024 tax return to your local auditor ofc & have them fill out a form to reduce your RE tax. Spread the word!

INDIANA….HOOSIERS….LISTEN UP…… The Indiana “lower Hoosier real estate taxes” SEA1 bill passed earlier in 2025 is retroactive back to 1/1/25 This affects your real estate taxes for 2025 taxes that are payable in 2026 Certain people over age 65 could receive an additional RE tax break if ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME on your FEDERAL TAX RETURN for 2024 was under $60,000 for single filer or $70,000 for joint filer This is an additional $14000 deducted from your assessment PRIOR to your RE tax being figured TO RECEIVE THIS…..you should take your 2024 tax return to your LOCAL AUDITOR The ASSESSED VALUE of your home NO LONGER stops you from getting this credit. Take your ID to prove your age, your 2024 tax return to prove your AGI to your LOCAL county Indiana Auditor office If you were NOT required to file a tax return because your income was UNDER the standard deduction…..take your SS year end statements & anything else you have to prove your AGI was under the amounts listed above Ask YOUR ELECTED AUDITORs office to fill out state form 43708 Application for Senior Citizens Property Tax Benefits Tell EVERY HOOSIER OVER 65 in your church, at work, in your neighborhood to check into this. Yes, this does affect the amounts your county government receives from RE tax….BUT…..in 2 years each county will raise the LOCAL tax rate to make up for this. So…..take advantage of this as long as you can to lower your RE tax bill

Received a text asking Indiana counties to respond to surveys about whether you are happy with the elected officials in YOUR county Then asks about elected officials in Indiana Asks your opinion about Braun, Beckwith, Young, Banks & Morales Asks whether you think free & fair elections are important Asks if you think voting should be made easier with mail in ballots & early voting THEN we get to the good part….its all about redistricting & the GOP trying to get enough support for Braun to call a special session. They start asking about redistricting Indiana because they claim the Democrats have unfair advantage Should Braun call a special session…..Hell NO Should we wait until next census to redistrict….HELL YES The redistricting questions go on & on & on Vance is coming to town tomorrow…..to push trumps agenda to force the taxpayers of Indiana to pay for mid-census redistricting….because it is the ONLY way GOP can win mid terms THIS poor excuse of a survey is nothing more than Republicans being able to state that they have statistics to support a special session. NOT sure why I have been getting text messages obviously meant for Republicans……usually answer them with FUCK OFF & they unsubscribe me. THIS one…..I wanted to MAKE MY VOICE HEARD! Guess who is coming to Indianapolis tomorrow…Friday, Oct 10th. NOPE it’s NOT Santa Clause….It IS shady JD Vance pushing Cankles agenda. Just say NO to redistricting!
