New Yorkers have always cared about the city. Mayor Lindsey lost reelection because it took over a week to plow Northeastern Queens after blizzard in the 1960’s that has come to be known as the Lindsey snowstorm.

Don’t forget all those who worked for federal government vendors who are now unemployed and struggling to find work. This Administration has upended so many lives and families.

Nobody is talking about “shrinkflation” which should be included in inflation data. From my lived experience, shrinkflation is a real problem. Prices do not tell the whole story.

At 26 Federal Plaza, I encountered two of the more notorious ICE agents; Samantha Camlica and a man they call "The Big Guy."

I was with a court watcher as Camlica accosted him outside. I was on an elevator when "The Big Guy" gave a family a terrifying ride.

I’m so sorry for this person’s family, friends and coworkers. Social workers deserve more respect and much better pay and working conditions.

Stouffer’s is not selling its milk chocolate and dark chocolate star holiday star cookies this year because the price of cocoa is too high. They have been a tradition in my family for years. My mom loved them. A minor thing given everything that is happening but they are a connection to my past.

I am speechless at how KC just keeps speaking matter of factly while the video is plays showing the moment of death of several people. We are watching people being killed like it’s a video game. What have we become? These are death strikes. Calling them boat strikes white washes what is happening.

They are killing people like it’s a video game. So many lives have been lost or ruined or upended since Jan 20. We can not become numb to the depravity and the horror that this country is experiencing.

The Constitution is adequate to deal with one person. The capitulation of so many is what is overwhelming it.
