So now I see what happened here:

They need a campaign from the top that reaches out to everyone in Wales & recognize that young ppl aren't in villages, working down the mines anymore.

So they need inclusion, diversity etc... I was looking on the training courses for WRU & it is constantly touch rugby coaching. So old ppl rugby. Next they'll have walking rugby coach badges. They need to focus on women, immigrants (this is your national sport now not fucking footy) & a campaign..

This is my problem too in a much smaller area. If I'm a community club I'm going to complain about funding too. I do it all the time. It's the reason I work at least 6 1/2 days a week & didn't get to attend 1 World Cup match. But what needs to save rugby is inclusion & going to where ppl are

I think Christmas should start till 20th December. This way all the work is done and everyone is on holiday and all you have to do is eat, read, go to the movies and sleep.
