Alternative models exist, but unpicking marginal pricing is incredibly complex and would have several knock-on impacts. But for the sake of our wallets AND the environment...let's hope the government can sort it soon! 💰🌍

How come renewable ⚡ is cheaper than ever...but electricity prices keep rising?! 📈
In the UK we operate marginal pricing, where the most expensive source of ⚡ sets the price for everything else. This means that when gas prices rise, we have to pay every other producer the same cost. Not ideal! 👎
