I'm making the point that not everybody wants the same things. My ideal home would be an SRO above a grocery store. It is illegal to build in my city right now. And also wouldn't fit my current life space. Legalizing more types of homes is good. Even if you wouldn't want it, somebody else might.

Some people just really don't like sharing walls with neighbors for noise/other reasons. It's nice to have a variety of home types for folks to live the kind of life they want.

I take guanfacine to treat my anxiety (works well!) and it also happens to be an adhd med. there are several options and the can work well solo or in combination.
The trial and error to get there can be very annoying.
