Those people are deeply and profoundly misreading the moment and the stakes.

There is a big difference between Governor Tim Walz and Governor Gavin Newsom. Governor Walz is holding town halls in Republican districts where GOP members of Congress refuse to meet with/face their constituents. Gavin Newsom is platforming white nationalists on his podcast. They are not the same.
