Thank you! You have some really nice ones. Very good taste!

It is a vibe that never stops. And the aesthetic is just so...right.

Ain't you supposed to be on the road?! There is no way a ttrpg can match the majesty of Columbo. It'd be like that episode of Moriarty in the holodeck, he'd break into our dimension and we'd be damned or sanctified.

HA! Suspicion confirmed!

Ya'll... pretty sure that IS Nancy. She knows he's a sucker for a blonde. Hence why he's waiting for nobody - the girl doesn't really exist.

I made a few recommendations for them. It's a smart way to get someone started. Especially if they need to find out if the solo experience they're seeking needs very little to no journaling at all.

Most of that doesn't quite fit the genres you mentioned. So I do have a cyberpunk game with lite journaling aspects that can work: brite-palette.itch.io/shine

Then I say to move on to ones that take more time but aren't super intensive (needing days or hours of journaling). Omotenashi is a great game for that because it works easily without the player being overly conscious of it: onemorepotatochip.itch.io/omotenashi

I think starting off with some 5-minute TTRPGs is a good entry point. Extremely light journaling and works for warming up. They'll allow you to talk about the experience reflectively to see how they feel: itch.io/c/6239843/5-...

omg, what a flashback. I used to loved their cover of "Into the Groove" on that very album! Thanks for jogging my memory

He looks like Uncle Fester after he married Debbie in Addams Family 2.

SAME! For both. No Good Deed was always my fave song and it was done dynamically and the singing was great. It was a nice film and I think the two parts was fine. They added so much to it. But I'm glad to not step into another theater for a year of more again lol

It feels very Game-of-Thrones-Red-Wedding

Congrats, Nemy! I hope you get a ton of visitors!

Didn't Chris Hart do that a lot for his books? Pretend it was him when it was other artists or make the credits hard to find?

Masters of Anatomy definitely works with a lot of different artists. So I wouldn't be surprised if they commissioned someone but in the past they've been good about credit.

It is so tough! Give it to me "collected edition" style.

I can also see that he's done much more normal looking work too, which has me thinking this could have been for a client requesting that style. I'm glad he's given it up. You see this much more in French cartooning still than other countries.

So Boomers and some Gen Xers generally accepted this style, even though it was was those same generations that pushed back against it and demanded better. Looking at the influence of the young men at Hanna Barbera and Filmation. There's history to what we're seeing, even if it's very "ick"
