I've always known I had Claustrophobia but wondered why I also panicked in large spaces if the exit was unattainable. Then by chance I read about Cleithrophobia, a fear of being trapped and everything fell into place... It doesn't alter how I feel but at least I know it's a known phobia.

I had my 'flu and covid jabs yesterday, and as I was walking back through the wood I saw six squirrels. Not that interesting I know but SIX. I love squirrels. Today I ache everywhere but it won't last long.

Heating still not working, radiators and water very cold. I have one small convector heater trying it's best to heat the whole house. I have never worn so many clothes at one time, but ever the optimist, hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow.
