My bro who lived in City of Hume, mere streets away, got 4 free trips to the tip per year + 2 curbside pick-ups. Ended up cheaper to hire a ute and drive it over to his place. Darebin were the worst.

Previous place was in Darebin and I had 2 conflicting experiences. When I 1st moved in the previous owner left a bunch of hard rubbish. Pleaded my case and they did a curb side pickup for free.
