Yes. He remains disqualified. People need to keep trying. I'm considering drafting a memo to help RIF'ed employees add this to their appeals: that (agency head) was unlawfully appointed because Trump is ineligible to hold the office under 14.3.

The HOA lawsuits look nothing like that. A Marin County group blocked affordable senior housing citing “ambulance emissions.” Internal docs revealed the real concern: property values and demographic change. Luxury townhomes went up instead.

My thoughts about gratitude this Thanksgiving led me to consider that there is a timeline where I would already be in a dissident work camp by now. This actual timeline is not as nice as the one where he sticks to only golfing and accepting bribes and leaves everything else alone.

The Republican platform for decades has been two parts:
1. Stop Democrats from using the government to help people who are "different," aka, "those people."
2. Help the wealthiest people and largest corporations take more money.
Help the those who don't need it; stop helping people who do.
